The Opportunity

As Project Director, you'll lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects while driving operational and business development activities within the Queensland business. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll provide strategic direction, mentoring, and hands-on leadership across project design, delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless delivery across all project stages.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes and repeat business.

  • Supporting business development and work-winning initiatives across key market sectors.

  • Managing budgets, resourcing, and project governance to ensure financial and delivery targets are achieved.

  • Coaching and developing team members to foster capability, confidence, and performance.

  • Contributing to the growth of the business through leadership, collaboration, and innovation.

About You

You are a highly experienced Project or Development Management professional with:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management or development management within the construction and property sector.

  • At least 5 years of experience within the Brisbane market.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, clients, and complex projects concurrently.

  • A collaborative, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset.
