The Role

This Project Director will lead a major institutional project through all phases - from early coordination through construction. You'll guide project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and work closely with firm leadership to ensure delivery is smart, responsive, and technically sound.

This role offers visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape delivery standards across the studio.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex public-sector projects from start to finish

• Strong working knowledge working with the DSA - this is a non negotiable.

• Licensed architect preferred.

• Hands-on leadership style with solid Revit and CA understanding

• Confident managing teams, consultants, and stakeholder coordination

• Based in Los Angeles or San Diego
