Project Architect

We are representing a state and nationwide recognised architectural firm in Orlando, who are seeking a Project Architect to join the already established and reputable design team.

Due to natural growth, the firm are looking to make an addition in there key sectors such as Multi Family, Hospitality, Recreation, Commercial, Multi Use, Aviation, Municipal and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of architectural designs from concept through to construction, assisting with project delivery and closeout activities.
• Produce and update drawings, specifications, and technical documentation in line with project requirements and relevant standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to help ensure coordinated and integrated design solutions.
• Assist with coordination between consultants, contractors, and local authorities to support project progress and compliance.
• Contribute to the preparation of design packages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements and guidelines.
• Build knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices, applying these to day-to-day project work.
• Provide support to senior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Assist with early-stage design work and contribute to proposals and presentations where required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience of projects in sectors such as Multi Family, Hospitality, Recreation, Commercial, Multi Use, Aviation, Municipal or Healthcare.
• Knowledge of all project phases including schematic design and contract administration.
• Ideally 3-15 years experience.
• Ideally registered and licensed architect (not essential).
• Comfortable with the likes of Revit or similar software (training provided).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder management.
