We are working with a leading poultry manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality, safe, and sustainable products for our customers. With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance across our poultry processing facility.

Role Overview
The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring targets for safety, quality, yield, and efficiency are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational, people management, and process improvement skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance, optimizing production flow, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily poultry production operations to meet output, quality, and safety goals.

  • Lead, train, and motivate production teams to ensure engagement and accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including HACCP, GMP, and USDA standards.

  • Monitor production KPIs and implement initiatives to improve yield, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization and operational excellence.

  • Maintain a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

  • Support production planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Poultry Science, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in poultry or meat processing leadership.

  • Strong understanding of poultry processing operations, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency and product quality.
