Process Engineer - Dairy Ingredient Manufacturing

Overview:
We are looking for a technically driven and detail-oriented Process Engineer to support, optimize, and innovate our dairy ingredient manufacturing operations. This role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement across all key processing steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and troubleshoot dairy processing operations (e.g., separation, pasteurization, evaporation, drying, membrane filtration).

• Analyze production data to improve yields, product consistency, and energy efficiency.

• Lead continuous-improvement and root-cause analysis initiatives.

• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, SOPs, and documentation.

• Support commissioning, validation, and optimization of new or upgraded equipment.

• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Operations teams to meet production goals.

• Ensure compliance with FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, and customer specifications.

• Monitor and enhance automation, instrumentation, and CIP systems.

• Provide technical support to operators and train staff on process changes.

• Drive safety-first practices and support risk assessments and corrective actions.
