Their mineral processing media and wear protection technologies are at the forefront of innovation, maximizing throughput and minimizing downtime for our customers.
As they continue to grow across North America, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join their dynamic team and provide technical expertise that supports our sales and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the sales team for comminution wear protection products.
Collaborate with customers to understand their plant operations and recommend performance-optimizing solutions.
Analyze process data to identify opportunities for product improvement and operational efficiency.
Support field trials, product testing, and performance validation at customer sites.
Develop and deliver technical presentations, reports, and training for internal teams and clients.
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales, product development, and R&D teams.
Travel throughout North America (~30-50%) to support field visits, audits, and customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in comminution, mineral processing, or grinding circuit optimization.
Strong knowledge of grinding media, SAG/Ball mills, and wear protection technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to interpret process flowsheets, technical specifications, and performance data.
Willingness to travel across North America and work in plant environments.
