We're seeking an experienced Engineer of Record to provide technical leadership on major tailings and water management projects across North America and globally. In this senior role, you'll take accountability for the design and performance of tailings storage facilities, ensuring safety, integrity, and environmental excellence. Key Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years' experience in tailings design, operation, and stewardship.

• Demonstrated experience as Engineer of Record on large-scale mining projects.

• Strong knowledge of North American design standards and regulatory frameworks.

• Background in geotechnical, hydrological, or civil engineering.

• Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

• Commitment to technical excellence and sustainable design principles.
