The Role
This Principal Architect will play a key role in driving the growth of the multifamily portfolio by bringing new client relationships and overseeing project delivery. Backed by a strong internal design and documentation team, the focus of this position is on leadership, business development, and account growth within the residential sector.

• Serve as principal-in-charge across multifamily and residential commissions

• Guide teams from concept to delivery, maintaining design quality and client satisfaction

• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on sector positioning and proposals

• Mentor staff and contribute to overall firm strategy and vision

Requirements

• 15+ years of architectural experience with a strong track record in multifamily

• Proven ability to attract and retain clients

• Confident leading teams and managing client relationships

• Professional licensure preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
