The Plant Manager provides overall leadership and direction for all plant operations - including production, distribution, warehousing, sanitation, and maintenance - to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability. This role collaborates with internal departments, government agencies, and customers while promoting a strong culture of teamwork and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term production and operational goals.

  • Build and maintain a skilled, motivated workforce and strong management team.

  • Ensure compliance with USDA, SSOP, and HACCP standards.

  • Partner with engineering, quality, and marketing teams to support product and process development.

  • Participate in strategic planning, including budgeting, capital projects, and workforce development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive management experience in food processing (poultry preferred).

  • Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
