We're currently seeking a skilled and driven Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our ready-mix concrete operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of ready-mix plant sites with a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and production efficiency

• Manage equipment maintenance, inventory control, and performance tracking using KPIs and operational reports

• Interpret financial statements to develop and execute strategies that improve plant profitability

• Coordinate with Quality Control teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products

• Lead, coach, and support plant personnel, fostering a positive, results-driven team culture

• Maintain strong community relations and uphold plant appearance and reputation

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., D.O.T., OSHA, EPA)

• Make timely, informed decisions, even under pressure or with incomplete data

• Promote a safe and respectful workplace by modeling ethical and proactive leadership

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete production or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of concrete products and production processes

• Effective leadership and communication skills across all levels

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
