With a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility.

Role Overview
As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. You will lead a diverse team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role is critical to supporting our company's growth and maintaining our reputation as a trusted name in the poultry industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the plant team to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including production scheduling, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Implement and monitor KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, including lean manufacturing practices.

  • Manage plant budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align plant performance with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, ideally within poultry or meat processing.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety/quality standards.

  • Proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
