Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for secure, efficient manufacturing environments? As the Operational Technology (OT) Engineer for a leading Beverage Company, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, securing, and evolving the OT architecture that supports our production operations. You'll be part of a global community focused on excellence in cybersecurity, automation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Safety and Compliance
You'll support and adhere to site safety programs and ensure all OT systems operate in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Cybersecurity Leadership
You'll work closely with global IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams to strengthen the protection of industrial control systems. This includes incident response, system recovery, and embedding security into project planning and execution.
OT Network and System Management
You'll design, monitor, and secure OT networks, manage firewall rules, remote access, switch configurations, and wireless communications. You'll also handle hardware maintenance, firmware updates, and ensure infrastructure reliability.
Patching and Security Monitoring
You'll track relevant security advisories, test and deploy patches across the OT/IT environment, and ensure timely updates for control devices and OT applications.
Virtual Machines and Endpoint Protection
You'll oversee the full lifecycle of virtual machines-template design, provisioning, backup strategy-and maintain endpoint security and compliance across all OT assets.
Active Directory and Domain Support
You'll administer domain controllers, GPOs, DNS, and Active Directory structures to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management.
Automation and IIoT Support
You'll contribute to Industry 4.0, MES, and IIoT efforts. You may lead or support automation and instrumentation projects, perform PLC/HMI development and troubleshooting, and oversee installation and commissioning activities related to OT infrastructure.
Documentation and Continuous Improvement
You'll maintain thorough documentation of OT systems and networks, contribute to global OT initiatives, and help drive operational excellence.
5+ years of experience in industrial automation systems
Expertise with Cisco, Microsoft Server, VMware, Rockwell, Siemens, and/or Allen Bradley
Proficiency with Rockwell Software Suite (FactoryTalk Directory, View SE/ME, AssetCentre)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL (backup/restore, user and security management, schema creation); basic familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft Reporting Services
Basic Linux administration experience
Demonstrated cybersecurity strategy implementation in OT environments
Solid IT fundamentals across infrastructure, networking, and systems
Independent problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and execute in 24/7 operations
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
