Our client, an industry leading global communications technology provider is seeking a NOC Systems Engineer to join their growing team based in Tampa. You'll be part of a mission-critical Network Operations Center responsible for monitoring and managing a highly secure, resilient satellite and terrestrial infrastructure that supports customers worldwide.

Deliver Tier 1 technical support and real-time network monitoring, including satellite and space segment performance.
Administer and maintain security protocols across a complex global network.
Troubleshoot network anomalies, escalate issues appropriately, and coordinate response efforts.
Generate insightful reports on network utilization and identify performance trends.
Provide hands-on support for client site installations and satellite system activation's.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date support logs via the internal ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Continuously research new technologies to enhance network resilience and capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in network operations, systems support, or related technical environments.
Strong knowledge in networking, including protocols, troubleshooting, and performance metrics.
Exposure to satellite communications is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A team player with a proactive mindset and a customer-first attitude.
