Business Account Executive - Remote

At CSG Talent, we are seeking a driven and dynamic New Business Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on managing and growing client relationships while driving sales of high-end managed and professional services to existing accounts and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the growth of services within an assigned account portfolio.

  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities, expanding relationships and core service offerings.

  • Stay informed about relevant technologies and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Develop new customer opportunities through self-generated leads and strategic partnerships.

  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to expand and maintain existing account relationships.

  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels of an organization.

  • High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in application services, managed services, consulting, or hardware/software solutions.

  • College degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
