Designing and building world-class navigation sensors used across aerospace, defense, robotics, and autonomous platforms. We're currently seeking an experienced navigation engineer in the Dallas, Texas area to join the team. This role is on-site and you would be joining a small, fast-moving and agile team with a flat organisation structure working on meaningful, high-impact projects where your ideas matter.

We're looking for a highly capable navigation engineer to join the organisation with a strong algorithmic foundation, experience in GNSS + inertial systems, and the ability to work across software, hardware, and customer-facing integration tasks.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Lead or contribute to algorithm development for GNSS/INS navigation systems (e.g., Kalman filters, sensor fusion).

  • Support integration of the sensors into complex customer systems (UAVs, defense platforms, etc.).

  • Collaborate with customers on unique applications, prototyping and adapting navigation solutions.

  • Support research in GNSS-denied navigation and estimation techniques.

  • Build, test, and validate systems with hands-on prototyping.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with navigation algorithms and estimation techniques (EKF, sensor fusion etc.).

  • Proficient in C++ and Python.

  • Solid understanding of GNSS and inertial navigation systems.

  • Background in mechatronics, robotics, aerospace, or similar.

  • Someone who understands end-to-end systems and is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Ability to prototype and test in real hardware environments.
