The business offer various niche confectionery products including gluten free, peanut free & kosher certified products.
Responsibilities:
- Development and management of broker network within the confectionery industry, utilising existing connections to hit the ground running and deliver substantial growth.
- Seek out new business development opportunities to drive revenue growth & increase brand awareness.
- Work in partnership with senior leaders within the business to drive company growth.
- Utilise industry knowledge & expertise to drive product development & innovation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering growth in revenue through broker networks within a food manufacturing setting (confectionery experience is preferred).
- Strong understanding of the broker market with an existing network that can be used to hit the ground running & deliver large growth.
- Ability to wear multiple hats, working for a fast paced, high growth companies.
