National Sales Director

CSG Talent are exclusively partnered with a leading Food Ingredients company who are looking for a Sales Director to join their European expansion. This role is remote anywhere across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a commercial platform for Ingredient sales across the European market.
• Managing a distribution network and develop new customers as well as maintaining any existing relationships.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams and grow a sales team across Europe.
• Effective customer communication through commercial and technical expertise.
• Contribute to regional marketing efforts and brand development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in food ingredient sales ideally with hydrocolloids.
• Based in Europe with willingness to travel freely within the region.
• Strong proficiency in English.
