An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Practice Leader to drive the growth of a leading environmental services mining practice across the US. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on shaping strategy, winning work and building long-term industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and advance the national mining market strategy and growth initiatives.
• Lead market-facing business development efforts to expand their mining presence, leveraging deep client relationships and new market opportunities.
• Drive sustained, profitable growth of the mining portfolio by originating, shaping, and expanding complex opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor on permitting, closure and environmental strategy
• Collaborate with internal leaders to build and sustain a national bench of mining talent, including succession planning.
• Represent the business as an industry leader

About You

• Extensive mining industry experience (permitting, water, remediation) within the US.
• Strong track record in business development and programme delivery
• Established industry relationships and reputation
• Leadership experience within multidisciplinary teams
