National Business Development Manager - Water Distribution

UK (with travel as required)

Salary: Up to £85,000 plus bonus, car and additional benefits

CSG are working with a leading Building Services provider across the UK who are seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead growth in the water supply and distribution systems sector. This role blends project management with business development, focusing on winning new work, expanding key accounts, and delivering successful projects in collaboration with M&E contractors.

What you'll do:

• Manage water distribution projects from bid through delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.

• Build and grow relationships with major M&E contractors and sector partners.

• Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving sales growth and market share.

• Support bids, tenders, and negotiations while providing technical expertise to customers.

• Represent the business at industry events to raise brand awareness.

• Proven track record in business development and project management within construction or M&E sectors.

• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, housebuilding, and modern methods of construction.

• Excellent relationship builder and confident communicator at all levels.
