National Account Manager - Restaurants (Dairy)

CSG Talent are working with a key existing client who are hiring a new National Account Manager role to play a key role in national restaurant chain growth, a strategic focus for the business in relation to their growth strategy.

The role will be focusing on a range of national chains that include cheeses within their products including but not limited to Italian food focused chains (pizza chains as an example). The individual will be expected to have an existing network in this space alongside a strong track record relating to existing account development & new account generation/wins.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully onboard pre-agreed key customer targets, utilizing existing connections within the industry to gain traction in the market & meetings with key decision makers in the target accounts
• Maximise profitability of accounts, utilizing the wide product range to grow business once your foot is in the door
• Use strategic initiative to plan for other areas of account growth within the QSR space.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership within the commercial function to work towards company growth plans & strategy.
• Successfully deliver revenue to the business through account development & new logo wins.

Requirements:

• Existing experience within the dairy industry, focusing specifically on foodserivce - QSR/national chains. An existing network in this space is essential for this role.
• Proven track record relating to new business wins & existing customer growth.
• Strong understanding of national chain structures & how to win clients in this space.
• Ability to hit the ground running, working with pace & precision.
• Excellent relationship builder - to build new customer relationships & grow existing accounts.
