Are you passionate about fresh produce and building strong retail partnerships? Our client, a leading fresh produce business, is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of two of their most important retail customers: Safeway and Albertsons.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization that's committed to delivering quality, innovation, and sustainability across its supply chain.

The role:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day relationship with Safeway and Albertsons at a national level.

  • Develop and deliver joint business plans that drive sales, category growth, and profitability.

  • Negotiate annual agreements, promotions, and product launches.

  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven account management experience in fresh produce, grocery, or FMCG.

  • Strong knowledge of Safeway/Albertsons' retail environment (preferred).

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Preferred location is California
