Monogastric Technical Services Manager

We are partnering with a global animal nutrition organisation to recruit a Monogastric Technical Services Manager who will support swine and poultry customers across the United States.

This position plays a major role in delivering technical expertise, guiding product application, and supporting both customers and commercial teams. It is strongly focused on scientific guidance, field troubleshooting, technical training, and product performance support. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex technical challenges, and influencing product success across the monogastric sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary technical contact for swine and poultry customers across the United States
* Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and field support for customers, distributors, and internal teams
* Provide scientific guidance on feeding programs, product application, and expected performance outcomes
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on farm or in partnership with integrators and nutritionists
* Support commercial teams with customer evaluations, product positioning, and technical materials
* Assist with the development of field trials, demonstrations, and supporting documentation
* Collaborate closely with global technical and research teams to align on product strategy and innovation
* Participate in international technical training to build deep knowledge of the organisation's monogastric portfolio
* Contribute to the future structure and growth of the monogastric team as the United States business expands

About You

* Strong background in monogastric nutrition with experience across both swine and poultry
* Proven experience in technical services within the animal nutrition, feed additives, or premix sector
* Ability to communicate scientific and technical information clearly to a range of audiences
* Doctorate in Animal Science, Nutrition, or a related discipline preferred
* Master's degree with significant industry experience also considered
* Excellent problem solving skills with confidence supporting customers in field environments
* Strong communication, planning, and relationship building abilities
* Comfortable working remotely and independently with high travel availability for United States and international training
