(Remote - Midwest)

We're looking for a Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-potential Midwest region representing a leading agricultural products company. Travel will be a regular part of this role as you grow market share, expand distributor relationships and work with end-users.

What's Involved

  • Drive growth across a defined Midwest territory by strengthening distributor and end-user relationships.
  • Manage a diverse account portfolio while ensuring delivery of results and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support clients and execute territory plans.
  • Provide technical expertise on a portfolio of plant nutrition products.
  • Oversee pricing execution and maintain competitive market positioning.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding distributor networks.
  • Deliver training, demonstrations, and presentations to customers and prospects.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Agronomy or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales success in the agricultural industry.
  • Knowledge of plant nutrition, soil science, and crop management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with distributors and producers.
  • Experience managing accounts, forecasting sales, and executing strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the Midwest.
