About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Metallurgist with experience in mineral processing or hydrometallurgical/pyrometallurgical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support metallurgical research and process-improvement initiatives
• Manage sampling programs, evaluate data, and recommend operational improvements
• Communicate process updates and technical information to team members and stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Work with external partners to assess new equipment, materials, and technologies
• Provide technical guidance to operations across the organization
• Ensure all work aligns with safety standards and environmental/health policies

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in metallurgy, preferably in mineral processing or hydro/pyrometallurgical operations
• Experience mentoring or training technical personnel
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
