CSG is partnered with a high growth, PE backed Contract Manufacturer in the Medical Device industry, who are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales growth across target markets, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
The role supports a company with a diverse portfolio spanning medical device design, development and manufacturing, working in a B2B model with some of the biggest names in the Medical Device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email, and paid media to drive qualified leads.
- Leverage technology partnerships for co-branded and cross-promotional digital marketing initiatives to drive qualified lead generation.
- Manage website content, SEO, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) supporting medical device design, development, manufacturing, and post-market services
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with Engineering/PMO and commercial teams to produce marketing collateral, trade show displays, and presentations.
- Support joint marketing efforts with OEMs, technology partners, and customers to increase market visibility and drive awareness across shared customer segments.
- Partner with business development to develop targeted campaigns by for medical devices, life sciences, and regulated technology markets.
- Work closely with sales, applications, engineering, and manufacturing operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Manage partners, vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience in medical device/healthcare markets in a B2B model.
- 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation systems supporting multi-touch, longer-cycle sales processes.
- Strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
The role is a remote position in the US, with regular travel required to the company HQ in New Jersey
