You'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll lead a hands-on maintenance team, oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities, and make sure our equipment meets the high standards required for food safety and quality.
What You'll Do:
Lead, motivate, and support your maintenance team to deliver timely and effective work.
Plan, schedule, and carry out preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and ensure production continues safely.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Keep accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.
Work closely with production and quality teams to support efficient operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement engineering solutions.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within food or beverage manufacturing.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills under pressure.
A commitment to food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP principles.
Confidence in leading and developing a diverse team.
Relevant trade or engineering qualifications (electrical or mechanical preferred).
