About the Company:
This role of Maintenance Manager will be working for a well-known food manufacturing company in North Massachusetts. This facility is key to their national supply chain and is investing heavily in reliability and leadership to direct their teams.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of 15 technicians and oversee maintenance operations with a focus on equipment reliability and safety. The role partners with production, quality, and engineering to maintain high standards and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a maintenance team of 15, promoting safety and performance excellence
Manage preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring issues
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Support capital projects and equipment installations
Oversee inventory and readiness of parts, tools, and systems
Monitor and report key maintenance metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
5-8 years+ of maintenance experience in food manufacturing
- Currently based in the US
Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams in a plant environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
Experience with CMMS and lean maintenance practices
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
