About the Company:
This role of Maintenance Manager will be working for a well-known food manufacturing company in North Massachusetts. This facility is key to their national supply chain and is investing heavily in reliability and leadership to direct their teams.

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of 15 technicians and oversee maintenance operations with a focus on equipment reliability and safety. The role partners with production, quality, and engineering to maintain high standards and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a maintenance team of 15, promoting safety and performance excellence

  • Manage preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring issues

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

  • Support capital projects and equipment installations

  • Oversee inventory and readiness of parts, tools, and systems

  • Monitor and report key maintenance metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years+ of maintenance experience in food manufacturing

  • Currently based in the US
  • Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams in a plant environment

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems

  • Experience with CMMS and lean maintenance practices

  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
