Maintenance Manager - Poultry

I'm reaching out about an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading food processing organization known for its long-standing commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical leadership, strategic project management, and team development within a fast-paced production environment.

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that all plant facilities and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll oversee the maintenance department, manage capital improvement projects, and provide ongoing training and professional development for supervisors and technicians. In addition, you'll be responsible for departmental budgeting, safety initiatives, and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)

• At least 5 years of experience in the food processing industry

• Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and wastewater treatment

• A solid mechanical foundation, with some electrical experience preferred

• Proven success in leadership, cost control, and project management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
