Maintenance Manager - Pet Food

CSG Talent is seeking a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Manager to support maintenance operations for an exciting high growth pet food manufacturer.

The business has a unique set of products with the company planing on delivering in relation to exciting growth plans that you will play a key role in through the successful running of their site. We require an individual with proven supervisory/leadership skills who can have a big impact on the site.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime and keep equipment operating efficiently.

• Supervise and assist maintenance team members in daily tasks, providing guidance and ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

• Conduct inspections of equipment following maintenance work to verify proper operation and quality.

• Help coordinate shift schedules, including coverage during off-hours and planned shutdowns.

• Monitor the work order system for tracking maintenance activities and parts usage, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or lead technician role, within pet food or food manufacturing settings.

• Strong ability to train, support, and lead team members in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
