Maintenance manager - Pet Food

CSG Talent is hiring a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance efforts at a pet food production facility for a high growth, PE backed pet food manufacturer. We're looking for someone with existing experience relating to project management, reliability processes & metrics.

The role will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running & accurate, high quality output of the site, working collaboratively with plant team members, working on multiple exciting projects to continually improve the performance of the site.

What You'll Do

• Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment running efficiently.

• Lead and support the maintenance team, ensuring strong performance and development.

• Regularly inspect serviced equipment to confirm work quality and operational readiness.

• Organize staffing schedules, including for off-hours coverage and planned shutdowns.

• Oversee the work order system for tracking tasks and parts usage, ensuring timely completion and record-keeping.

• Project management across various projects aimed at improvements in efficiency, quality & output.

What You'll Bring

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or general industrial maintenance within food or pet food related settings.

• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Proven ability to train, coach, and manage team members.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong project management experience.
