You will lead the maintenance function for a high-volume food manufacturing facility, owning equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and site uptime across a fast-paced production environment.
You'll manage and develop a team of skilled mechanics and electricians, set the maintenance strategy, and work closely with operations, engineering, quality, and safety to ensure the plant runs safely, efficiently, and without unplanned downtime.
You own plant reliability, asset performance, and maintenance execution across all production and utility systems
You lead, coach, and develop a multi-shift maintenance team, setting clear expectations and accountability
You build and drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and improve uptime
You partner with operations to prioritize work orders, manage downtime, and support production schedules
You manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships
You ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, OSHA, and site safety standards
You support capital projects, new equipment installs, and continuous improvement initiatives
You use CMMS data and KPIs to drive decisions, improve reliability, and eliminate repeat failures
You have strong maintenance leadership experience in a food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing environment
You understand high-speed processing and packaging equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure
You're hands-on, technically credible, and comfortable being on the floor when needed
You know how to balance short-term firefighting with long-term reliability strategy
You communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and senior leadership
You're safety-focused and understand the critical link between maintenance, food safety, and quality
