In this role, you'll lead the maintenance function across a fast-paced production facility. You'll oversee equipment reliability, coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, and ensure all processes align with strict food safety standards. Your leadership will directly impact uptime, product quality, and team performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop your maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across processing, packaging, and facility equipment
Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and other food safety regulations
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and lead root cause analysis
Maintain accurate records using CMMS software
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support plant performance goals
Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience managing maintenance in a food manufacturing or related regulated environment
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance planning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and lead in a 24/7 operation
