As the Maintenance Manager in our beverage manufacturing facility, you are the driving force behind the reliability, safety, and performance of our equipment and utilities. You lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, ensuring that every line runs smoothly, every system performs efficiently, and every product meets our high-quality standards.
You take ownership of maintenance operations - planning, prioritizing, and executing work that keeps production flowing. You balance hands-on problem-solving with strategic planning, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where equipment uptime, safety, and continuous improvement are your top priorities.
Lead, train, and motivate your maintenance team to deliver exceptional results.
Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all production, packaging, and utility systems - including fillers, cappers, conveyors, mixers, pasteurizers, and compressors.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve processes and equipment reliability.
Manage your daily maintenance schedule and assign work based on plant priorities.
Use a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to plan, track, and document all maintenance activities.
Ensure that you and your team comply with all GMP, OSHA, and FDA safety and quality standards.
Control maintenance costs by managing labor, spare parts, and capital expenses efficiently.
Drive reliability initiatives that increase uptime and extend equipment life.
Lead by example - enforcing safety policies, promoting preventive maintenance, and creating a culture of accountability.
Participate in audits, inspections, and cross-functional projects to support plant performance goals.
A degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of maintenance leadership in a beverage, food, or high-speed manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of processing and packaging systems used in beverage production.
Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems troubleshooting.
Experience with PLC-based automation systems and industrial controls.
Proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance planning.
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
