What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate your maintenance team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all production, packaging, and utility systems - including fillers, cappers, conveyors, mixers, pasteurizers, and compressors.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.

  • Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve processes and equipment reliability.

  • Manage your daily maintenance schedule and assign work based on plant priorities.

  • Ensure that you and your team comply with all GMP, OSHA, and FDA safety and quality standards.

  • Control maintenance costs by managing labor, spare parts, and capital expenses efficiently.

  • Drive reliability initiatives that increase uptime and extend equipment life.

  • Lead by example - enforcing safety policies, promoting preventive maintenance, and creating a culture of accountability.

  • Participate in audits, inspections, and cross-functional projects to support plant performance goals.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years of maintenance leadership in a beverage, food, or high-speed manufacturing environment.

  • Deep understanding of processing and packaging systems used in beverage production.

  • Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems troubleshooting.

  • Experience with PLC-based automation systems and industrial controls.

  • Proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance planning.

  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and safety regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
