Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring logistics invoice workflows - ensuring accurate matching, approvals, and timely resolution
• Working in SAP to process, reconcile, and track logistics invoices and vendor payments
• Liaising with supply chain teams and freight vendors to address billing queries and secure credit notes
• Coordinating approvals across ANZ operations
• Partnering with Accounts Payable for payment processing
• Conducting monthly freight vendor statement reconciliations
• Assisting in clearing Goods Received/Invoice Received accounts and resolving discrepancies

About you:

• Strong experience in logistics administration and invoice management
• Advanced SAP proficiency
• Familiarity with invoice workflow platforms (e.g. Esker, Coupa, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong organisational skills
• A collaborative team player who enjoys keeping processes accurate and on track
