Experienced Recruiter - Life Sciences

CSG Talent have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a Life Sciences industry background to join the team on a full time, permanent basis in our USA Headquarters in Downtown Tampa. As a Principal Consutlant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process for our clients- ideally with a BD mindset and open to either mentoring or growing a team of your own!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A good level of previous experience within Recruitment in a Life Sciences or Medical niche
  • Experience managing (or mentoring) is a bonus
  • Able and willing to do the full 360 recruitment cycle, including business development on new accounts
  • A team player
  • Eager to progress and to develop your career.
