We are now seeking a Lead Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team and help drive the success of their commercial and industrial projects.


Role Overview

As the Lead Estimator/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from estimating and bidding through to execution and completion. You will lead project teams, oversee budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensure seamless communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for electrical projects.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.

  • Mentor and support junior estimators and project staff.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating and/or project management.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial and industrial projects.

  • Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Texas electrical license or equivalent qualification (preferred).
