What you'll be doing
* Research and identify new business opportunities across packaging, manufacturing, and industrial automation
* Reconnect with dormant accounts and support senior sales leads to drive pipeline growth
* Partner with engineers and technical experts to turn complex requirements into real world solutions
* Build your territory presence through client meetings, site visits, trade shows and industry events
* Maintain clear and structured CRM activity with a focus on clean data and process discipline
* Support sales across a growing portfolio of brands and systems from entry level to custom engineered
What we're looking for
* Technical background (e.g. mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, engineering support) with a passion for customer interaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence connecting with all kinds of stakeholders
* Curiosity about commercial drivers and a hunger to learn structured sales processes
* CRM awareness and willingness to build discipline in pipeline tracking
* A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
* Flexibility to travel within your region and interstate for client meetings and industry events
