Interior Designer

We are partnered with a boutique, design-led interior design to add an Interior Designer to its growing team in Austin

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on in design and delivery, working closely with senior designers while taking increasing ownership of projects. You'll be exposed to high-quality work across multiple typologies in a studio that prioritises good design, realistic workloads, and a supportive culture.

You'll contribute from concept through construction, collaborate closely with consultants, and have the space to grow technically and creatively without being micromanaged.

What they're looking for

• 4-9 years of professional interior design experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (or equivalent)

• Strong design sensibility with solid technical foundations

• Experience producing drawing sets and design documentation

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and detailing

• Working knowledge of building codes and basic coordination

• Confident communicator within internal teams and with consultants

• Proficient in Revit and core design tools

• Organised, proactive, and eager to keep developing
