We are partnered with a boutique, design-led interior design to add an Interior Designer to its growing team in Austin
This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on in design and delivery, working closely with senior designers while taking increasing ownership of projects. You'll be exposed to high-quality work across multiple typologies in a studio that prioritises good design, realistic workloads, and a supportive culture.
You'll contribute from concept through construction, collaborate closely with consultants, and have the space to grow technically and creatively without being micromanaged.
What they're looking for
4-9 years of professional interior design experience
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (or equivalent)
Strong design sensibility with solid technical foundations
Experience producing drawing sets and design documentation
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and detailing
Working knowledge of building codes and basic coordination
Confident communicator within internal teams and with consultants
Proficient in Revit and core design tools
Organised, proactive, and eager to keep developing
