The Role

This Interior Design Director will lead interiors across a range of public and private-sector projects - from early concept through delivery. You'll shape design direction, mentor junior talent, and play a visible role in defining the future of the interiors discipline within the firm.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in interior design

• Confident leading projects from concept to completion

• Preferably have your interior design liscence/NCIDQ.

• Strong mentorship, communication, and design leadership skills

• Experience in civic, workplace, or public-sector projects preferred

• Based in Tampa or St. Petersburg
