Indirect Procurement - Battery Manufacturing

Do you have experience leading procurement for large scale, high value projects in a fast-growing global business? CSG Talent are pleased to be supporting a leading Battery manufacturer in their search for a Indirect Procurement Manager.

The Role:
You will lead a team of procurement specialists and oversee all indirect procurement for major construction and capital projects. Your focus will be on driving cost savings, strategic sourcing, and strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high performing procurement team.

• Deliver cost optimisation and strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Manage procurement for all indirect categories within projects.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Provide insight on market trends and procurement best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of procurement experience, including team leadership.

• Proven success managing large, complex construction projects.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; international experience and additional languages are a plus.
