We are looking for an HR Advisor to contribute to the successful delivery of key HR programs and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with departmental leaders to support workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes.
Develop and implement strategies that promote employee engagement and enhance workplace culture.
Foster a performance-driven environment through effective use of performance and development frameworks.
Provide professional guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and legislation.
Handle all employee information and matters with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Contribute to various strategic HR initiatives and programs aimed at strengthening organizational effectiveness.
About You
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Previous human resources experience within the mining or other heavy industry industry (preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in accounting, budgeting, or remuneration processes will be advantageous.
This position is based in NW Ontario (no FIFO). A relocation package would be provided for the successful candidate.
