HR Advisor

We are looking for an HR Advisor to contribute to the successful delivery of key HR programs and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with departmental leaders to support workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes.

• Develop and implement strategies that promote employee engagement and enhance workplace culture.

• Foster a performance-driven environment through effective use of performance and development frameworks.

• Provide professional guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and legislation.

• Handle all employee information and matters with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

• Contribute to various strategic HR initiatives and programs aimed at strengthening organizational effectiveness.

About You

• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

• Previous human resources experience within the mining or other heavy industry industry (preferred).

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in accounting, budgeting, or remuneration processes will be advantageous.

This position is based in NW Ontario (no FIFO). A relocation package would be provided for the successful candidate.
