Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive business growth and market share within the mining and industrial sectors.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets and customer expectations.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met with innovative and effective screening solutions.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to drive sales initiatives and product positioning.

  • Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and oversee pricing strategies to optimize profitability.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership, preferably within screening equipment, screen media, or related mining and industrial products.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales strategy and business development initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in managing and growing sales teams to deliver outstanding results.

  • Deep understanding of mining, aggregates, and industrial processing industries.

  • Ability to travel as required to engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
