We are partnering with a leading organisation in the heating and HVAC sector on a critical leadership appointment to drive the next phase of growth in the UK residential heating market.

This is a high-impact, confidential role with full accountability for performance, growth and transformation of a national heating business at a time of significant market change, driven by decarbonisation and the rapid adoption of heat pump technology.

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales leadership role. The successful candidate will lead a broad transformation agenda, including:

• Scaling a residential heating business in a rapidly evolving market
• Driving commercial performance across revenue, margin and market share
• Evolving route-to-market, including installer engagement and distribution models
• Leading a shift toward more integrated, customer-centric and low-carbon solutions
• Embedding a high-performance, collaborative culture within a matrix structure

The Profile
We are looking for a senior leader who can demonstrate:

• Deep understanding of the UK residential heating / HVAC market
• Experience with heat pumps, electrification, or low-carbon heating solutions
• A track record of business transformation (operating model, go-to-market, or commercial strategy)
• Strong commercial leadership, with clear evidence of growth and impact
• Ability to lead and motivate teams through change, influencing across functions and at Board level

Backgrounds of interest may include:

• Heating / HVAC manufacturers
• Energy or home services businesses
• Organisations driving heat pump adoption or decarbonisation initiatives
• Leaders who have built or evolved installer or customer engagement models
