We are working with a global leader in the animal nutrition industry to hire a Head of Global Commercial. This position presents the opportunity to take ownership of global sales and product strategy, driving growth across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and inspire high-performing international teams.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors and key customers.
• Define and execute a global commercial strategy to expand market share.
• Drive innovation and business transformation.

The ideal candidate would have at least 15 years of global experience in animal nutrition, a strong network across the industry, and a proven record of driving global sales.

Global travel required.
