Are you a General Manager with underground mining experience?

An established gold producer is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its underground mining operation in Ontario.

The site currently produces approximately 200 tonnes per year and employs a team of 250-300 people. The General Manager will have full responsibility for the entire value chain, including underground mining, processing, maintenance, technical services, safety, people, costs and operational performance.

We are looking for:

• Previous experience as a General Manager of an operating mine
• Strong underground hard-rock mining experience
• Proven ability to lead the complete mining and processing value chain
• Experience managing a large, multidisciplinary site workforce
• An honest, visible and hands-on leader who operates with integrity, transparency and accountability
