About the Role
CSG Talent is exclusively partnering with a leading global Defence organisation to appoint a General Manager to lead operations across Sweden and the wider Nordic region.
This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving strategic growth, operational performance, and customer success across a complex Defence environment. The position will have full accountability for regional performance and play a key part in shaping the company's long-term strategy across Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the regional business with full operational and financial accountability.
Deliver strategic growth and strengthen relationships with Defence and government stakeholders.
Drive project delivery excellence and ensure mission success across all programmes.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
Champion innovation, integrity, and performance in all areas of operation.
About You
Proven track record in senior leadership within Defence or high-technology industries.
Strong commercial acumen with experience leading multi-site or international operations.
Deep understanding of the Defence landscape in Sweden and the Nordic region.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
