Furniture Project Manager (FF&E)

Our client is a respected Austin-based interior design firm with a strong presence in the institutional and workplace sectors. They're looking to bring on a Furniture Project Manager to drive FF&E execution across major projects.

You'll take the reins on full-cycle FF&E delivery for some of the most exciting large-scale interiors projects in Texas. You'll step into a reimagined version of a long-standing role, with autonomy to shape it around your strengths.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead FF&E scope from concept through installation

• Coordinate with dealers, vendors, designers & contractors

• Manage quotes, budgets, install schedules, and site issues

• Be onsite when needed.

• Mentor and partner with a junior PM already on the team

About You

• 10+ years in furniture, interiors, or dealer-side PM

• Calm under pressure - you know how to "roll with the punches"

• Strong client presence and on-site troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable navigating both design and logistics sides

• Bluebeam & Excel proficiency | AutoCAD/Revit familiarity a plus
