Are you ready to help shape the future of sustainable aviation? Our client is developing a revolutionary all-electric aircraft, and we're seeking a Staff Flight Test Instrumentation Specialist to join the Flight Test Operations team in Hollister.

As a key member of the Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) team, you'll:
Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot bespoke instrumentation systems on our client's Gen 6 test aircraft.
Assist in the design of data systems and sensor configurations to support certification testing.
Conduct pre- and post-test instrumentation system checkouts and calibrations.
Support data acquisition, telemetry, and post-test data processing.
Collaborate across engineering and test teams to mitigate risk and ensure data accuracy.
Develop innovative tools, procedures, and processes to enhance the FTI capability.
We're seeking a hands-on instrumentation expert with a passion for experimental flight testing and new technology. You'll bring:
Proven experience installing, maintaining, and calibrating flight test instrumentation systems on experimental or developmental aircraft.
Proficiency with sensors and wire harnesses such as strain gauges, accelerometers, temperature sensors, and VDTs.
Experience building, terminating, and installing connectors on instrumentation harnesses.
Familiarity with data telemetry systems, data acquisition hardware, and instrumentation software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.
