Global Recruitment Specialist in Mining, based in Sydney

The Ideal Candidate:

As an experienced Recruitment Manager or Recruiter, you will understand the lifecycle of the recruitment process and the obstacles along this journey. You will be confident in your ability to wear the many hats that recruiters require, such as building relationships with both clients and candidates, generating candidates and hunting for opportunities. As an experienced Recruitment Manager, you will be able to guide and support Recruiters on a day-to-day basis and, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be able to accurately forecast business and manage a team's P&L.

• A bachelor's degree plus two years full-time recruitment experience OR five years full-time recruitment experience - this is to comply with visa requirements
• Experience of building long term client and candidate relationships
• A positive and motivated attitude to your work life
• Prior experience of using social media, such as LinkedIn, and job boards
• Experience working with CRM systems
• A desire to be part of a great team and business
