We are partnering with a leading Electrical Contractor in the North Texas market that is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to support a strong and growing project backlog. This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys being in the field, leading from the front, and delivering complex projects with precision and professionalism.
The Electrical Superintendent will oversee the field operations of electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and schedule adherence. You will work closely with Project Managers and Foremen to drive successful project execution and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
Lead and manage daily field operations on electrical construction projects
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Enforce company and site-specific safety programs
Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper execution
Support and mentor Foremen and field crews
Identify and resolve field issues, schedule impacts, and constructability challenges
Interface with General Contractors, inspectors, and clients
Prior experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman
Background in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
Strong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple work fronts
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
